Biggest Drop!: Logic/Aleesia Cara/Khalid - Suicide Hotline (-12)

Biggest Jump!: Camila Cabello/Young Thug - Havana (+12)

New Entrants:
- So, some people hate it, some people love it. I really like the song. Before this song, I really liked his other songs like Congratulation, and White Iversion. Rockstar is better than Congratulation, but not White Iversion. Currently as I'm typing this, it has 7 weeks on Billboard. For people that hate Rockstar, this is this same problem as Despacito. There is no challengers. As for me, I really don't mind for now, but I have this feeling that it is going to fade on me like Despacito. I do not expect this to do good on Hits1 sadly. Look at Logic and DJ Khaled. Rap music is easy to predict on this countdown...

- So, I'm guessing Wolves debuted so far up because of the AMA Music Awards performance, which by the way was pretty good, but I'm probably not going to do a review on it. Anyways, Selena Gomez does really good on the vocals, and Marshmello does a nice job with the production. He seems to be not as popular as he should be. Literally, in the music video of Wolves, he doesn't appear anywhere. Only his head in the last 3 seconds of the video which no one watches. Overall, a nice song, and the best part of the song is that drop form my boy Marshmello

Hitbound:

  • Nick Jonas - Find You
  • X Ambassadors - Ahead Of Myself
  • Wolves - Animal (DEBUT)
  • Fall Out Boy - Hold Me Tight Or Don't
  • P!nk - Beautiful Trauma (DEBUT)
  • Bruno Mars - Chunky
  • Clean Bandit/Julia Michaels - I Miss You (DEBUT)
  • Harry Styles - Kiwi
  • Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days
  • Imagine Dragons - Whatever It Takes
  • Liam Payne - Bedroom Floor
  • Taylor Swift/Future/Ed Sheeran - End Game (DEBUT)
  • Walk The Moon - One Foot
  • Sofi Tukker - Best Friend
- Again, Hits1? Bring in more songs that we don't know. At least this one is pretty good. I am enjoying this song right now, especially that drop that I like and is the best part of the song.

- P!nk is back replacing Revenge, a song that was equally as good as this one. This song reminds of the Christmas Holiday songs. I like her voice, since it fits nice with the song. Overall, equally as good as Revenge

- GOD DAMN IT JULIA MICHAELS! Clean Bandit, you thought it was a good idea to bring HER! Her voice is just so bad and doesn't match the song. You want to know the best thing she does in this song. HUMMMING! That was not a joke. Her hum is actually pretty tolerable. Clean Bandit actually does only decent in the production. Symphony was really amazing and I mean it. I Miss You is TRASH!

- No spoilers on End Game. I will explain it in the album review of Reputation...

Top 5:
which means no top 5 for Hitbound. Sorry! :(

Man, I feel just like a Blurbstar:

Exits: I didn't really care about either of the exits: Friends was getting old and Sweat was already bad.

No blurbs for today! :(

P!nk (1) - November 18, 2017

4. Halsey - Bad At Love (#5)
3. Ed Sheeran - Perfect (#9)
2. Imagine Dragons - Thunder (#4) [1 Week]
1. P!nk - What About Us (#3) [1st Week]

#1 Song One Year Ago: The Chainsmokers/Halsey - Closer (6th Of 8th Week)

Biggest Drop: Sam Hunt - Body Like A Back Road (-10)

Biggest Jump: Portugal. The Man - Feel It Still (+10)

Entrants:
- So, your kinda surprised with my color code of this song. It's not an error. Let me explain. There are songs where they have some tolerable repetition. This goes too far. Hearing "If It's Only Love Then..." every two seconds seems a little overboard and stupid. In addition, it tries to attract you but honestly, it just makes it worse. If you look at the lyrics, they seemed set up like a poem. Although I don't know these guys, I can tell that I shouldn't listen to anymore of their music.

Hitbound:

  • Sofi Tukker - Best Friend
  • Fall Out Boy - Hold Me Tight Or Don't (DEBUT)
  • Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days
  • Selena Gomez/Marshmello - Wolves
  • Harry Styles - Kiwi
  • P!nk/Eminem - Revenge
  • Walk The Moon - One Foot
  • Liam Payne - Bedroom Floor
  • Taylor Swift - Gorgeous
  • Post Malone/21 Savage - Rockstar
  • X Ambassadors - Ahead Of Myself
  • Bruno Mars - Chunky
  • Imagine Dragons - Whatever It Takes
  • Nick Jonas - Find You
 - Our only entrance is from Fall Out Boy. His last song, Champion, had a decent run on the countdown. This song seems overwhelming, and the vocals aren't shining like their better hits. Overall, decent at most.

Top 5:
1. Selena Gomez/Marshmello - Wolves
2. Post Malone/21 Savage - Rockstar
3. Taylor Swift - Gorgeous
4. Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days
5. Imagine Dragons - Whatever It Takes

If It's Only Love Then Why Do I Blurb It

- It Ain't Me was starting to fade on me, plus it was really old and unnecessary to still be on the countdown. If you look at my Purple/Orange Squad, you will see that It Ain't Me was purple for 1 week. The song was pretty close to being red, almost making it a rare occasion of a purple song turning into a red song.

- This looks like the end for Despacito finally. As soon as it hit 16 Weeks on Billboard, people were mixed about the song. As of myself, after that indecent, the song started to fade on me. Will it be the #1 song on the year end list? Maybe, since it has a good chance.

- Our last week entrances aren't doing that much jumping. I didn't really care about all of them including Dusk Till Dawn, since it seems it debuted too late and is a song-holder.

- My grade pretty much hates Logic except for those one or two fans who know every word of every song. However, everyone who doesn't like Logic likes the Suicide Hotline song only. I would fit in that category definitely.

- Why is slowly fading on me every week. By the time it leaves, it will probably be red. I wish Hits1 would have picked up on Thumbs rather than Why, although neither are that impressive in my opinion

- I'm kinda surprised that Praying is still in the top 20. I know a lot of people like it so much that it is still there favorite song. As for me, I still think it's a good song. It's kinda like Something Just Like This. Both I know are old, but I still like the song very much.

- Entering the top 10 is Let Me Go and What Lovers Do. The former I was kinda surprised by. I have grown into the song a lot, but not enough to appear in my top 5. The latter I expected. This song has been growing in popularity and it just gets higher. I expect this to do better than Don't Wanna Know (based off of Billboard, not Hits1). Also, I think Let Me Go might do better than Most Girls, but I'm still not sure.

- Love So Soft drops for the first time in like 2 months. I actually have grown into the song. Not enough to make it green, but at least it's not red! That being said, I don't think this should hit the top 5.

- Hitting #1 is from P!nk. That kinda caught me off guard. I can't say I'm complaining, but I don't think it's #1 material. However, i'll take it over Galway Girl and Love So Soft.

Biggest Drop: Niall Horan - Slow Hands (-19)

Biggest Jump: TIETaylor Swift - Look What You Made Me Do & Cheat Codes/Demi Lovato - No Promises (+13)

Entrants:
- I have not heard Meant To Be in a long time. From what I heard, it's decent. Florida George Line's vocals are pretty bad, and Rexha can't save the song, since she contributes less than Florida George Line. Overall, another country song that's down the waste.

- Just like Meant To Be, I haven't heard this in a while. The best part of this song is Sia's vocals. Zayn maybe could have done better in his parts, but Sia saves the song. Who knew this pair could pull it off. Too bad this song is not that big at the moment.

Hits1 is picking up on a lot of newcomers, like The Shawdowboxers, and Lauv. My first impression on this was that this was really good. But now, I feel as if I the song has faded on me. However, the song is still solid and I can consider it a great song. Not bad for a newcomer.

Hitbound:

  • Post Malone/21 Savage - Rockstar
  • Harry Styles - Kiwi
  • Sofi Tukker - Best Friend (DEBUT)
  • Nick Jonas - Find You
  • Walk The Moon - One Foot (DEBUT)
  • P!nk/Eminem - Revenge (DEBUT)
  • Imagine Dragons - Whatever It Takes
  • Bruno Mars - Chunky
  • Taylor Swift - Gorgeous
  • Selena Gomez/Marshmello - Wolves
  • The Shawdowboxers - Hot Damn
  • Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days
  • Liam Payne - Bedroom Floor
  • X Ambassadors - Ahead Of Myself
- The production ruins the song. In addition, the vocals are not the best. It's sad that a newcomer, specifically a duo, can't come up with a good song. I wish Hits1 could stop picking up on newcomers, and unpopular songs, and can add more popular more deserved songs.

Walk The Moon is back after their big hit, Shut Up And Dance. This is not as good, but it is pretty solid. The vocals really shine in this song, and the chorus is really good. Overall, A pretty good song.

Eminem is really good. I loved him back when he released songs like Not Afraid, my favorite song from him. He is really good in this song, but there is is one problem. P!nk's vocals are not as good as I would expect. She doesn't ruin the song, but enough to not be my favorite. If she did not have bad vocals, this would have been my favorite song on Hitbound. My favorite part is in the end when Eminem says, "F*ck yeah!", but P!nk says, "F*ck no!"

- After repeated listens, I have grown into Gorgeous. The chorus is what stands out in the song. I hope this can debut cause there will be three Taylor Swift songs in my top 5.

Top 5:
1. Selena Gomez/Marshmello - Wolves
2. Taylor Swift - Gorgeous
3. Post Malone/21 Savage - Rockstar
4. Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days
5. P!nk/Eminem - Revenge

I'll be with you from blurb to blurb...

- All the exits I really didn't care about including Back To You. I knew it was going to leave sometime, and it just seemed there as a place holder. However, you will be missed. I have come to a final conclusion that You Already Know is a decent song. Fergie does good, but Nicki does bad. Finally, the trash song is out! You will not be missed!

Heartless continues to fall all the way in the bottom 5. At this point, the song just becomes worse each time I listen to it. These newcomers that Hits1 decide to bring are not that good.

Shape Of You and Stay are surprisingly still here. I don't think I will ever get sick of both of these songs, especially the former. Ed Sheeran has dominated 2017.

Slow Hands took quite a tumble down to the top 30. I am pretty fine with this. If it stayed in the top 10 for any longer, I don't think I could take it. I'm happy it dropped.

- Hits1 must have heard me and both Look What You Made Me Do and ...Ready For It? jumped into the top 20 and top 10, respectively. I was happy when that happened. I hope that Look What You Made Me Do can hit #1 first. It's kinda weird when the second/promotional single hits #1 first.

- Yes! I grew into Glorious. After listening to a little of Gemini, I realized how good Skylar Grey's vocals are and Macklemore does a really good job with his part.

- After Thunder got dethroned, I was hoping on Taylor Swift to hit #1, but obviously that backfired. I thought it was the end, but Demi Lovato saves the day. I think this became popular a little too late, but who cares. It's still a great song.
